Applying instant gratification to your health problem can be a solution to this problem. Just remember that it is not impossible to lay aside instant gratification to gain health benefits. Gratification perception can be overcome in different ways. But, you can actually try some methods to help you overcome this. In your health plan, add a bit of instant gratification. Just to give you motivation to help you achieve your health goals, you can reward yourself every time you achieve a goal on your healthy living plan. These rewards can help you slowly achieve your goals.
Don’t make a mistake of rewarding yourself with food items that will go against your health goals. This can help you overcome the need for self gratification.
